Ok so day one of the black and white challenge. #1 = Black on White
I have two options for you, mainly because my first attempt failed dismally. Both are first attempts for me, which is why I wanted to try this challenge to push me outside of my comfort zones.
3 photo's of my attempt of the style "Frame" a white frame with a black nail. I know I did this all wrong, I started with two coats of Face of Australia Cool Cotton which is a basic white creme, I then scotch taped a not very good frame and painted the centre with Australis Blackmail a basic black creme, topped with seche vite. As you can see some of the black ran so I attempted to freehand fix this. Not happy but sharing this with you all anyways.
4 photo's of my first newspaper nails attempt. This didn't turn out too bad. Except the news print didn't turn out so black. I wonder if it's because all I had was some vanilla vodka?? Not sure but a sip for me a bit for the nails, a sip for me, nails seemed to work well :)
