Welcome to day four of the black and white challenge. #4 = White base with some colour.
Like day three I decided to do the same thing but with a white base. I preferred the black base. Face of Australia cool cotton white base, topped with a coat of seche vite, precut scotch tape with craft scissors, thick coat of Nubar Sun Gold, topped off with Seche Vite again.
