Next up on our tour of OPI Holland is I Don't Give A Rotterdam. As you've probably seen if you have this collection or from other pics on the web, this is a gorgeous dusty blue with gold and silver shimmer, it kind of makes me think what secret peri-winkle would be if it was slightly more grey with shimmer. As Secret Peri-Winkle is one of my top ten favourite colours this is a compliment for OPI. Love Love Love this colour.
Base coat Revitanail, 2 coats I Don't Give A Rotterdam followed by a top coat of SV.
