Day 3 of the black and white challenge. #3 = Black base with some colour.
2 coats Australis Blackmail, top coat seche vite, then using the below craft scissors inspired by Chloe and applied the cut scotch tape, a thick coat of Nubar Sun Gold followed by a top coat of seche vite.
